REBT: changing rigid beliefs that cause distress
REBT (रैशनल इमोटिव बिहेवियर थेरेपी)
REBT, developed by Albert Ellis, is a form of cognitive behavioural therapy. It uses the ABC model: an Activating event, the Beliefs about it, and the emotional Consequences.
