Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT): how it works

CBT (कॉग्निटिव बिहेवियर थेरेपी)

CBT is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected. Changing unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns improves how we feel.

It is practical, goal-focused and time-limited, with exercises between sessions.
