Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Once your appointment is confirmed

Fees are non-refundable once your appointment has been confirmed by the doctor's team. This applies to cancellation by the patient for any reason and to missed appointments.

Rescheduling: if you inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may move it once, free of charge, to another available slot within the next 14 days.

No-show: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the session is treated as used.

Before confirmation: if you paid but your appointment has not yet been confirmed and you cancel, or we cannot offer you a slot, the full amount is refunded.

2. If we cancel or cannot consult

If the doctor cancels, cannot attend, or the consultation cannot take place because of a technical problem on our side, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

If, at the start of the consultation, the doctor decides your condition cannot be managed safely online and advises an in-person or emergency visit instead, you will receive a full refund.

If you were charged twice or an amount higher than the fee confirmed for your appointment, the extra amount is refunded in full.

3. When refunds are not given

Apart from the cases in section 2, no refund is given after confirmation — including when the doctor's medical advice or prescription is different from what you expected, or for completed consultations and therapy sessions.

4. How to request and when you get it

Send your name, registered mobile number, appointment date and payment reference by WhatsApp (+91 93763 15331) or email (drkuldeepbudania23@gmail.com) within 7 days of the appointment date. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days to the original payment method (same UPI ID, card or bank account) and usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
