Sleep problems in students: why sleep is part of studying

विद्यार्थियों में नींद की समस्या

Many students cut sleep to study more, but sleep is when the brain consolidates what was learned. Chronic sleep loss lowers memory, focus and mood.

Teenagers also have a natural shift towards later sleep, which clashes with early classes.
