Sexual performance anxiety: when worry gets in the way
सेक्स के समय परफ़ॉर्मेंस की घबराहट
Performance anxiety is fear of not satisfying the partner or of "failing". The stress response itself can block arousal, creating a cycle of worry and difficulty.
It is common after marriage, after one difficult experience, or after reading myths online. The body is usually healthy.
