PMDD: severe mood symptoms before periods

PMDD (माहवारी से पहले गंभीर मूड बदलाव)

Many women notice some mood or body changes before periods (PMS). In PMDD, the mood symptoms are severe enough to disrupt work, studies or relationships every month.

It is a recognised medical condition, not a character flaw, and effective treatments exist.
