Poor concentration while studying: causes and help

विद्यार्थियों में ध्यान न लगना

Poor concentration is a symptom, not a diagnosis. The most common causes are poor sleep, phone distraction, stress, anxiety and low mood.

When problems with attention go back to childhood and affect many areas of life, ADHD should be considered.
