Agoraphobia: fear of places that feel hard to escape
एगोराफ़ोबिया (भीड़/बाहर जाने का डर)
Agoraphobia is fear and avoidance of situations where escape or help might be difficult if panic-like symptoms occur — crowds, public transport, open or closed spaces, or being outside alone.
Over time the world can shrink to the home. Treatment helps people step by step regain their freedom.
