Dhat syndrome: the truth about 'semen loss'
धात रोग
Many young men in India believe that losing semen ('dhat') drains strength. This belief causes weakness, anxiety and sexual worries — but semen loss itself does not cause weakness.
The body continuously makes semen. Night emissions and masturbation are normal. The symptoms are real, and they improve with the right explanation and treatment.

Frequently asked questions
Does night emission (swapnadosh) cause weakness?
No. It is a normal body process, especially in young men.
Is masturbation harmful?
